Set up your online shop

Your shop lives inside your website — no separate tool, no extra login. Add your products, open the shop to visitors, and watch orders arrive in one list you can actually work from.

Tip: Let Low on stock trigger your reorder. Restocking when the warning appears beats apologising to a customer who heard "it has finished".

Create your products

From the Store page, create each product with a clear photo, a plain description, a price and your stock count. Edit anything later in seconds; the live shop updates with it.

Learn the five numbers

Learn the five numbers in the store summary: New orders, All orders, Products live, Low on stock and Money received. Check them each morning and you will never be surprised.

Open the shop to visitors

Turn on the setting that opens the shop to visitors. Until you do, the shop stays hidden on your published website — draft pages are never visible to visitors.

State how customers pay

Tell customers how they pay. State clearly that you accept bank transfer and pay on delivery, and put your account details and delivery terms on a page of their own.

Handle your first order

When an order arrives it appears under New orders. Confirm it, arrange delivery or pickup, and keep the customer updated — they paid on delivery or by transfer, so trust is the product.
