Invite your team
Your business does not have to run on a single shared password. Invite the people you trust, give each one a role, and let the right work reach the right hands while you keep oversight.
Tip: Give the smallest role that covers the job. An assistant answering customer enquiries does not need the keys to your homepage design.
Open the Team page
Find the Team page in the app’s navigation. It shows everyone who has access to your business today, so you can see at a glance who can do what.
Add your teammate
Add a teammate by entering their email address, then choose a role that matches their job — editing the website, running the store, or looking after customers.
Send the invite
Send the invitation. They appear in the team list as soon as they accept, and they only ever see the parts of BODOS their role allows.
Agree who does what
Agree on who does what in a two-minute conversation: who answers enquiries, who fulfils orders, who publishes pages. That chat prevents more confusion than any tool.
Adjust roles as things change
Adjust roles from the Team page whenever someone’s job changes. Growing responsibilities should come with the access they need — and nothing more.
