Collect customers with forms and newsletters
Visitors who are not ready to buy today are still customers tomorrow — if you can reach them. A contact form and a newsletter sign-up make sure every interested person stays reachable.
Tip: Reply to the first enquiry within a day. Speed — more than any design choice — is what a visitor remembers about your business.
Add a contact form
Drop a form block onto your contact page. Messages arrive as enquiries on the Customers page, next to your customer list, instead of vanishing into a personal inbox.
Ask only what you need
Ask only what you need: name, phone number or email, and the question. Every extra field loses real enquiries, so resist the urge to ask for more.
Add a newsletter block
Add a newsletter block where attention is high — the end of your home page or beside your shop. Visitors join your subscriber list with one step.
Say what subscribers get
Say exactly what subscribers get: new arrivals first, a monthly menu, or term dates. A specific promise turns a maybe into a sign-up.
Filter subscribers when needed
On the Customers page, the Newsletter subscribers filter shows just your mailing list, separate from buyers. Use it whenever you announce something new.
