Choose a template
A template is a starting layout, not a final design. Pick the one whose structure matches your kind of business, then make it unmistakably yours with your own words, photos and colours.
Tip: Change your mind later? Reshape any page by moving sections and columns, and roll back to an earlier version from the History panel in the top bar.
Match the template to your business
Start from the Templates page and filter by your category. A restaurant wants a menu layout, a salon wants services and a gallery, and a fashion brand wants a shop with a size guide.
Check the pages included
Look at the pages included before you commit. The Bella fashion template, for example, ships nine pages including a shop, a size guide, delivery details, and privacy, terms and returns pages.
Create the website
From My Websites, choose Create, then New website, and select the template. Your pages appear ready to edit — nothing is live until you publish.
Replace the sample text
Replace every sample headline, button label and footer detail with your own words. Keep sentences short and specific, and say plainly what you offer and how customers pay.
Preview on mobile
Use the editor’s Mobile view and tidy anything that feels cramped. Most of your visitors will browse on a phone, so preview the way they will see it.
