Add photos the right way
Good photos build more trust than any paragraph. Use your own pictures where they prove your work, free stock photos where they set the scene — and let BODOS handle the crediting.
Tip: Consistency matters more than perfection. Similar lighting and framing across your gallery makes a small business look established.
Shoot your real work
Photograph your real work: products, dishes, hairstyles or classrooms. Soft daylight near a window beats any filter, and one honest photo outsells ten borrowed ones.
Open the picture chooser
In the editor, add an image block and open the picture chooser. My pictures holds your uploads; Stock photos searches free photos you can use straight away.
Keep the automatic credit
When you pick a stock photo, the photographer is credited automatically. Keep that credit in place — it is how the free photos stay free for everyone.
Resize before uploading
Resize photos to around 1600 pixels wide before you upload, and export them as WebP. Large files load slowly on mobile data, and a slow page loses visitors.
Give every photo a job
Each photo should explain something or reassure someone. Add short alt text to your own images so visitors using screen readers get the picture too.
