Tickets people keep
Every ticket has its own code and QR picture, shown on the page and sent by email. No printing needed.
The door, handled
Point a phone camera at the QR picture, or type or paste the code. A ticket that was already used is flagged straight away, so one ticket never gets two people in.
Promo codes and passing tickets on
Give a code for money off, with a limit and dates if you like. Guests see the new price before they pay, and can hand a ticket to a friend, who gets their own QR code.
Reserved seats
Set up rows and seats, keep some back, and let guests choose where they sit. A seat is held while they pay and can never be sold twice. Each ticket shows its seat, and so does your door screen.
Your sales, in one place
See who bought, search the list, download it, and refund an order when you need to. Paid tickets go through BODPay or your own payment account.
Create the event
Add the name, date, place, a banner and logo, and what you are selling. Tickets start at ₦100 for paid ones, or free.
Publish and share
Send the link on WhatsApp and social media. Buyers pick tickets, pay and get their codes straight away.
Check in at the door
Open the event on your phone, type or paste each code, and see the count of people inside rise.
Which plans can sell tickets?
Every plan, Free included. Free has one event with up to 50 tickets sold, and paid plans raise both limits. Paid tickets go through BODPay. See Pricing.
Can I sell free tickets?
Yes. A free ticket is issued straight away with its code, on every plan.
Can I scan tickets with a phone camera?
Yes. Open the Check-in tab on your phone and tap Scan with the camera. You can still type or paste a code.
Can I give discount codes, and can guests pass a ticket on?
Yes. Make promo codes for a percentage or an amount off, with an optional limit, dates and chosen tickets. A guest can give a ticket to someone else: the new person gets a new QR code and the old one stops working. You can switch this off for an event.
What happens if I refund a ticket?
The order is refunded and its tickets stop working at the door. A ticket that was already used cannot be refunded.
